How to feel comfortable in heels

When it comes to looking stylish, nothing beats a gorgeous pair of high heels. Heels make your legs look longer, your body look slimmer, and your whole outfit just a little more polished. Unfortunately, for many women, they also make your feet hurt something awful! We’ve all been through it -those moments where our shoes go from high heels to heel no! As much as we love our stilettos, we don’t love how they leave us limping, blistered, and sore. There’s got to be a better way, right? Here are several neat ways to make your heels more comfortable
BUY THE RIGHT SIZE.
Feet can grow larger as we get older and pregnancy can result in longer or wider feet, too). TSo make sure you know your foot size or you get your feet measured wherever you buy your shoes. Make sure there's a thumb's width between your longest toe and the front of the shoe, to give your toes room to move. For heels, this means you may need to go up a size to get a comfortable fit.
GO FOR ROUND TOES.
Lucky for us, round-toed shoes are back in style this season! Where pointy toes can wrench your big toe inward, causing joint pain, crunched toes, and even the beginnings of bunions, round toes allow your toes to lie flat and spread out naturally. That makes for much more comfort. And if you can't swear off your pointy toes completely? Have some round-toed shoes to alternate with the pointy ones.
DON’T GO TOO HIGH.
A  heel that’s of one to two inches is a good choice for comfort and foot health. Avoid three- or four-inch heels, which put undue pressure on the ball and bones in the front of your foot.
MAKE SURE THE WIDTH IS RIGHT.
Sometimes the toe isn't the problem, it's the width. Many fashion shoes come in a standard medium width. But if you have wide feet so when you find a pair of shoes you love, see if they come in a wide width; if not, a shoemaker can usually stretch the shoes to widen at the toes, enhancing the comfort of the shoe.
ALTERNATE.
Wearing heels for many days in a row can make your feet feel ravaged. To maintain some comfort, switch between heels and a flat pair of shoes. Although heels elongate your legs when you're wearing a skirt, they are less important when you are wearing trousers, so give your feet a rest on those days.
Hope the tips will help you.

Fashion and Style

Clothes are on everybody's mind do not try to deny it. Unless people like walking around in the streets naked, they are thinking about wearing something, even if it is skimpy.
Most people want to look good in their clothes. However, not everybody knows how, and those who do seem unable to communicate instructions properly. I will be your knight in fashionable armor.
The words “fashion” and “style” are thrown around carelessly, and it is crucial that they are understood.
Guys and girls alike do not usually think about the statement they are making with a short skirt or a  V-neck T-shirt. Classy or slutty, sexy or douchey, people have eyes that listen while your outfit speaks.
Fashion and style are the only two words that can effectively explain the who, what, when, where and why of proper clothing application. Yet they are used as synonyms and misinterpreted on a daily basis.
Style is the medium. Fashion is the trend. How someone looks, acts, talks, sees, feels, tastes, thinks and believes leads back to his or her sense of individuality.
Style is defined as a way of life, fashion being that which is accepted by a larger group of people.
Style goes beyond the body; it includes the clothes that you wear, your facial hair, the food you eat, the movies you watch…computers, phones, cars, houses…. All of those are a part of fashion and lead into one's sense of style.
Fashion is pre-determined and dictated by a commonality that brings masses together as one entity. Style is the individuality that follows and stimulates the influences that fashion feeds from.
Style dominates because individuality is strong. Fashion, instead, stole what was popular and sold it as the only thing people should be wearing.
If you want to be in style, you only have to do one thing. Instead of following trends, set trends.
The reason fashion and style are confused and misused so often is because they depend on each other’s definition to exist. Without individuality, unique clothing would not exist, and if unique clothing did not exist, fashion would not have inspiration to constantly feed off.
As a college student, it is important be educated and be aware. Engineering, Journalism or Architecture are all-important, but knowing what you are wearing and how you are wearing it is just as relevant.
Fashion is commonality. Style is individuality. Think about it. Memorize it. Live by it.
